Einführung
Erstellen eines Docker Containers für einen Email Server.
Voraussetzung
- x86 OS
- Docker
- Docker-Compose
- SWAG Setup
- DynDNS Setup (insbesondere bzgl. Update MX Record)
- Ports auf Router frei geschaltet (empfohlen: nur 143 und 587)
Container erstellen
Basierend auf https://github.com/tomav/docker-mailserver
Letsencrypt/SWAG Zertifikate kopieren in das Verzeichnis ./certs bzw. Verzeichnis als Volume verfügbar machen (wenn auf gleichem Rechner), z.B. aus …/swag/etc/letsencrypt/archive/domain/:

DNS-DKIM TXT Record:
Den Inhalt von config/opendkim/keys/domain.tld/mail.txt in ein TXT Record bei dem DNS Provider eintragen, z.B. bei Strato:

Bei Strato muss ebenfalls sichergestellt werden, dass auch ein MX Eintrag für die Subdomain eingetragen wird, sonst werden die Emails zum Strato Email Server geschickt und nicht weitergeleitet, z.B: https://$domain:$token@dyndns.strato.com/nic/update?hostname=$mail_domain&myip=$ip_addr&mx=$mail_domain
Aufgrund der dynamischen IP werden Emails leider nicht immer an andere Email Provider gesendet, z.B. ist die IP bei GMX regelmäßig auf der Black List. Empfangen ist jedoch möglich.
Email Client:
Im Email Client das Konto für den oben genannten Benutzer anlegen:
- IMAP Server: subdomain:143 (nicht IMAP.subdomain)
- SMTP Server: subdomain:587 (nicht SMTP.subdomain)
- beide mit STARTTLS
